Eastern Group for Energy Services Company is a Kuwait closed shareholding company registered in Hawalli Kuwait with a paid up capital of fifty six million US Dollars ($56M)

Safat Energy is a Kuwaiti shareholding company presently listed on the Kuwait stock exchange (SENERGY) with a paid up capital of two hundred and twenty four million US dollars ($224M). The company holds more than 92% of Eastern Group and is mainly involved in acquiring and holding major oil and gas related companies. Safat Energy also has majority share holding in National Drilling Company registered in Egypt and operating in Libya, along with Eastern Industrial Services located in Bahrain.
